All of our Technicians are Professionally Certified and/or State Licensed. We wish to provide you with the treatment you need. If you are uncomfortable with the treatment for any reason (room temperature, music volume, depth of pressure, etc.) please let your technician know. You are in charge of the service.
Please dress casual & bring your bathing suit. Leave all your jewelry at home. Robes or gowns, slippers & towels will be provided upon your arrival. We provide a locker for your belongings.
We accept clients by telephone reservation only. A deposit is required to guarantee your desired reservation. We accept Visa & Master Card or checks. (When booking our spa, a receptionist will need to know your dietary restrictions.)
It is each guest’s responsibility to notify Time Out Private Resort & Spa at least 48 hours in advance, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to avoid the cancellation fee. The fee is your deposit. This applies to Gift Certificate appointments as well. In order to provide a serene atmosphere we ask you to turn off your pager or cell phone and have all emergency calls come through our receptionist.
We love your children as our own, but you must leave them at home. (Day care is not available).
